RACC stands for 'reference amounts customarily consumed' per eating occasion and is an FDA defined term.  Basically it stands for one typical serving size

For example, the RACC for cookies is

Product Category Reference Amount Label Statement
Cookies 30g _piece(s) (_g)

When you create your nutrition label, these values are used for your final PDF.
